Quadralite Flash Pulse Pro X 600Product description
Pulse Pro X offers a wide 7-stop flash-energy adjustment range (1/1–1/128) with precision down to 0.1 EV. In Speed Mode, its modern design can achieve extremely short flash durations down to 1/35086 s (t0.1 at minimum output on Pulse Pro X 400). After a full-power flash, recycling can take only 0.7 s on Pulse Pro X 400, placing it among the most efficient units in its class. Pulse Pro X also provides stroboscopic Multi mode with up to 30 flashes per second, offering substantial creative potential for dynamic studio photography.
The lamp normally operates in Stable Color mode, providing high repeatability and flash consistency valued in advertising and portrait photography. Pulse Pro X also works well outside the studio, even in strong ambient light, thanks to High-Speed Sync (HSS), which supports flash synchronization at shutter speeds up to 1/8000 s.
Quadralite Pulse Pro X flashes are fully compatible with the Quadralite Navigator X radio-control system. Their built-in receiver allows them to work with Atlas 600 TTL, Reporter 360 TTL, Stroboss 60 and other compatible units. The separately available Navigator X controller provides access to key functions including HSS, remote flash-power adjustment and operating-mode changes.
Pulse Pro X includes a USB port for Navigator-system receivers, enabling remote triggering up to normal X-sync speed and remote power adjustment. Users who already own Quadralite/Quantuum Up!, Move, Pulse or Pulse Pro lights can add Pulse Pro X while continuing to use their existing triggers. A 6.35 mm jack is also available for connection to third-party triggering systems.
Pulse Pro X uses a 150 W halogen bulb (E27) as its modeling light. Modeling-light brightness can be adjusted smoothly with a dedicated control, independently of the selected flash power.
Quadralite Pulse Pro X uses a robust aluminum housing that protects the internal components effectively. The metal stand mount offers tilt adjustment and is strong enough to support larger, heavier softboxes up to 150 cm in diameter. If necessary, the mount can be shifted to align with the center of gravity of the complete setup. An ergonomically shaped handle makes positioning with light modifiers easier.
Quadralite Pulse Pro X can be used with a broad range of Bowens-mount light modifiers, including reflectors, softboxes, snoots and beauty dishes.
