January Studio Photography Workshops with Quadralite and Foto-tip

Together with foto-tip.pl, we invite you to New Year open studio photography workshops at our Kraków studio, 11 Bonarka Street, on Saturday, 13 January 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On the same day and at the same address, foto-tip.pl is also holding an open day, during which you will be able to take advantage of discounts on Quadralite equipment. The store will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

During the workshops, 150 m² of space filled with our equipment will be available to you. We will begin with how to prepare for a shoot, what is needed to set up your own home studio and how to get started with photography quickly and efficiently. We will also discuss how to prepare for photographs, where to find ideas for a session, how to choose models and how to cooperate with a make-up artist, hair stylist and others. We will also cover light and how to shape it effectively. Participants will be able to use the full range of Pulse Pro X studio lights as well as Pulse, Move, Up! and VideoLED. We will additionally present mobile lighting such as Atlas 600 TTL, Reporter 360 TTL, RX400 Ringflash, Stroboss 60 and Stroboss 36. Our latest hit, the wireless Quadralite A1 flash launched at the beginning of November, will also be available. It can be tested both as a wireless smartphone flash and as a convenient controller for professional studio lighting. There will also be an opportunity to try radio triggers, light modifiers, stands and other accessories useful both in and outside the studio.

• How to start working in a studio quickly and safely? (studio safety, equipment handling, basics of lights and accessories).
• Setting up a home studio – what should you buy first?
• How should you prepare for a shoot?
• How do you shape light?
• How do you work with one light source?
• How do you work with multiple light sources?
• How do you select photographs, edit them and prepare them for publication?

Participation in the workshops is free, but due to the limited number of places, registration is required. Sending an e-mail does not guarantee a place on the participant list. The organizers will contact accepted participants individually.
