Professional Quadralite Thea PRO lighting panels and dedicated accessories are joining the Quadralite range, giving creators even more ways to shape light.
The Quadralite Thea PRO family is the most advanced panel-lighting range in the manufacturer’s portfolio. Designed for both enthusiast and professional use, the system offers extensive configuration options for photo and video sets.
Quadralite Thea 300 RGB PRO and Quadralite Thea 600 RGB PRO are professional mobile LED panels intended mainly for film production but equally useful in photography. Their maximum illuminance is 890 lux for the Thea 300 RGB PRO and 1740 lux for the Thea 600 RGB PRO. The higher-output model is naturally larger and heavier. In both cases, the output can supplement existing light or become the dominant source.
An aluminium construction provides durability, while CRI>95 supports accurate colour reproduction. The 2800–8000K colour-temperature range makes it possible to create both cool and warm tones, including sunset-like light. Output is adjustable from 0–100%, and the panels can reproduce any colour from the RGB space. They also include 10 built-in lighting effects and digital simulation of 48 gel filters, making them useful for cinematic lighting.
For maximum versatility, Thea PRO panels offer two power options: mains power or NP-F batteries sold separately. This makes them suitable both indoors and away from fixed power sources. An integrated diffusion panel softens the light and produces a more natural look.
Quadralite also created dedicated Thea PRO softboxes for even softer transitions between highlights and shadows. Their simple mounting system makes them quick to attach or remove.
When a more directional beam is needed, Quadralite Thea PRO Barndoors help shape the light, create stronger contrast, emphasise contours and control spill to reduce unwanted flare.
The panels can also be controlled remotely using the Quadralite LED Light Controller Android app. It can operate a single panel or a group. With several compatible lamps, one unit can work as Master and the others as Slaves, synchronising settings wirelessly.
